At RangVastram, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch; however, in case of any issue, we offer replacement or store credit only under the conditions below.

1. Return & Replacement Policy

❌ No refunds are provided under any circumstances -
Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery for any return/replacement request
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted -

Proof Required (within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp):

Full unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

Outer parcel image

2. Replacement & Store Credit Options
Store Credit:

Issued as a coupon code equal to product value

Sent to your registered email ID

Replacement:

Exchange with same or higher value product

Pay the difference if higher value

If lower value item is selected:

Balance will be issued as store credit OR refund

Important Notes:

❌ Reverse pickup is not available

Customer must courier the parcel to our warehouse

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

For prepaid orders:

2% cancellation charge will be deducted

Remaining amount refunded to original payment method

4. Important Conditions

Only one-time replacement allowed

Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

due to lighting/photography are not considered defects

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:

6. Bundle Purchases

Combo/set products must be returned fully
