Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At RangVastram, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch; however, in case of any issue, we offer replacement or store credit only under the conditions below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


1. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We follow a Replacement / Store Credit Only Policy
    No refunds are provided under any circumstances

  • Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery for any return/replacement request
    Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

  • Eligible cases:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged product

    • Defective product

  • Proof Required (within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp):

    1. Full unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

    2. Clear product images (multiple angles)

    3. Outer parcel image

    4. Shipping label image

  • After verification by our Quality Check (QC) team, eligibility will be confirmed


2. Replacement & Store Credit Options

Store Credit:

  • Issued as a coupon code equal to product value

  • Sent to your registered email ID

  • No expiry

Replacement:

  • Exchange with same or higher value product

  • Pay the difference if higher value

  • If lower value item is selected:

    • Balance will be issued as store credit OR refund

Important Notes:

  • ❌ Reverse pickup is not available

  • Customer must courier the parcel to our warehouse

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • With original tags

    • In original packaging


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • For prepaid orders:

    • 2% cancellation charge will be deducted

    • Remaining amount refunded to original payment method

  • ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch


4. Important Conditions

  • Only one-time replacement allowed

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

  • Slight variations in:

    • Color

    • Fabric

    • Design
      due to lighting/photography are not considered defects

  • Accessories shown in images are not included unless specified


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:

  • Sarees with fall & edging

  • Customized / made-to-order products

  • Discounted / clearance sale items

  • Innerwear, blouses & stitched garments


6. Bundle Purchases

  • Combo/set products must be returned fully

  • ❌ Partial returns are not accepted


7. Processing Time

  • Replacement/store credit will be processed within
    7–10 working days after QC approval


8. Communication Mode

All return/replacement communication will be done via:

  • 📧 Your support email

  • 📱 Your official WhatsApp number


9. Return Approval Required

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed

  • All disputes are subject to Surat jurisdiction only
